As part of our commitment to protecting your interests, we hereby declare that all ANKA alarm detector products come with a 2-year warranty. During this period, we offer repair or replacement services for substandard goods not considered as severe failure. If you experience any product issues within the warranty period, please don’t hesitate to contact us immediately. If you are presented with a commitment of a warranty exceeding two years, we kindly request that you verify whether ANKA has explicitly provided such assurance. If it is found that our company has not made such a guarantee, we advise you to liaise with your designated seller to pursue the necessary assistance.
WARRANTY PERIOD
This warranty coverage starts from the date of the product purchase.
AVAILABLE REMEDIES
Within the warranty period, we will replace any defective parts or products that you directly purchased from us. If repairing or replacing is unfeasible, we’ll offer a credit that matches the amount of the goods purchased. We comply with China Consumer Law by providing refunds in some circumstances.
When we reimburse a faulty product, we ensure you receive an equivalent or similar product. We’ll consider factors such as the item’s functionality, availability, and quality specifications.
Please note that our warranty has limitations and only applies to quality problems inherent in the product. It does not cover product failures or damage caused by human factors such as improper use, installation, transportation, or maintenance.
